Introduction

Social Media is not a rocket science. I really believe that you could figure it out yourself and at some point I recommend you to do that even if you have someone else working for you. Before I start telling you about the consulting services I recommend you to watch this video just to clarify what I DO NOT DO, because there is often confusion about social media consultants and their responsibilities.

Social media is quite simple, but it requires quite a lot of time and attention. It can bring some great opportunities to your business but unfortunately it might bring great threats as well – it is all about how you manage it and that’s where I come in. The research of Social Media environment for selected industry. Finding out “Who is Who” in your industry in the social media world, competitors analysis on social media properties, bloggers you may want to sponsor and etc.)

Social Media strategy plan based on SOSTAC. Creating a social media strategy by selecting social media properties, creating content strategy and the action plans to make sure that you achieve the main marketing goals.

Finding and training the right person for your Social Media campaign. Like I mentioned earlier I believe that company should do social media in-house as it is very personal business and simple misunderstanding may cause quite a lot of harm, therefore it’s quite important to have a well trained employee/intern responsible for your brand.

Setup of Social Media properties. Creating social media accounts, providing design services, creating a blog (if needed), optimizing it for search engines (SEO).
